Shannon and Robb Wilson acquired Falls Ice Cream in 2022 from the late Bob Howe. The journey began with Robb's passion for ice cream and Shannon's listening ear.
Our
Story
Our story begins in 2019 when Shannon first swiped right on Robb while scrolling Tinder (hence Swiped Right LLC). Robb has a great love for all things ice cream, so much so that he has a favorite spot in every state he visits. While Shannon enjoys ice cream, she would much prefer a shake or chocolate malt and was never able to find a chocolate malt better than Bob's at Falls Ice Cream. She would tell Robb and whoever would listen that Falls Ice Cream's shakes & malts can't be beat. Shannon worked across the Junction at Mary's Hair Salon for almost 20 years. While working one day, Shannon heard that Bob was selling the ice cream shop, she immediately went home and told Robb, who called to start the purchasing process the next morning.
Shannon became the day-to-day operator of the shop. You will often find her behind the window, taking your orders or handing out your scoops. Robb kept his 9-5 job that keeps him on the road a lot, but now would prefer our ice cream over any of the ones out of state. Our opening day was March 4th, 2023, and we have been having a blast serving our community ever since.

Weighing the scoops
We weigh each and every item that is made. From our pup cups to doubles. From milkshakes to quarts. Everything we scoop has a weight it needs to meet before it heads out the window. This is to ensure every item is consistently made, and you will get what you paid for.
Time
Our busiest time of day is 7 pm till closing. We call it the witching hour. If you want to beat the crowds, try to come earlier in the day.
Pints & Quarts
If you need to order pints & quarts, we have you covered! We pack all pints and quarts by hand when you order. BUT you could also save time by calling ahead, and we will have them ready to go once you get here.

Bob Howe founded Falls Ice Cream in 2004. Without his dedication to excellence and strong work ethic, we wouldn't have the delightful flavors we cherish today, including that famous secret shake and malt recipe. Rest in peace, dear friend. We aim to honor your remarkable legacy and make you proud.
